In an uncertain and confusing landscape in Greece related to the storage of stem cells, parents are asked to make an important decision: if they were to store their baby’s stem cells which bank would they choose and trust?
Parents can opt to store the stem cells in a private bank (family use) or donate their baby’s stem cells to a public bank (public use). Regardless of the choice, parents should always make certain that the bank of their choice meets strict quality criteria. Only the banks that have received FACT-NetCord accreditation fulfill the necessary conditions for quality and safety. In 2014, Stem Health Hellas has renewed the FACT-NetCord Accreditation.
